They have a really good management team. They solve problems quick. They have the resources to bring in whatever equipment we've needed. For example, we've had floods and they've always cleaned us up quickly. Their owner is a top notch guy. We're pleased with ACME. They've been our provider for over 10 years. When we went out for bid about two years ago we awarded them the contract again.

ACME continues to be an excellent partner and a very important contributor to the success of Komag. The account management team communicates effectively and provides excellent support. The entire ACME team is professional and gives great service.

Office Space

ACME is absolutely great. When I get cold calls for janitorial services I always tell them we love ACME and have no desire to go out to bid. They're the one vendor we're really, really happy with. They truly care about relationships.

ACME has provided services to Juniper since May, 1999. In working with suppliers of service my goal is to "partner with them," especially in the janitorial field. Accomplishing this is sometimes very difficult. In the case with ACME, they are Juniper's partner. I can rely on them in every way to meet my janitorial needs and beyond. Our partnership has achieved more than simply janitorial service as the ACME team has learned our culture and environment. This allows us all to be more efficient. One specific example of this is catering and meeting set ups. The night crew may find an area such as the Café not in the standard set up. They take the initiative to reset the area. We don't have to ask; it simply gets done! Also, by meeting with my account manager, JC Sazo, on a weekly basis we avoid problems; they just don't happen. In summarizing our level of satisfaction with ACME it is superior; they exceed Juniper's expectations consistently! I have and will continue to highly recommend ACME to any company looking for outstanding service.

ACME has been our provider for over 10 years, handling over 100 buildings including library, police departments and fire departments. They work very closely with us. During our budget cuts they worked with us to help us save money. We choose to stay with ACME because of their excellent performance.
