| ACME is available 24/7 to respond to our customers' emergencies. It is our policy that an ACME Account Manager will contact you within 15 minutes of receiving your emergency message.
EMERGENCY CALL PROCEDURES
DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS - Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
- Call (800) 371-2263.
- Our staff will take your information and immediately contact your Account Manager or another experienced manager.
- You will speak with the manager within 15 minutes of your initial call to ACME.
- Account Manager will identify and implement the appropriate action steps.
- You will receive a call to confirm that the emergency is being handled.
AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS & HOLIDAYS
- Dial (800) 971-7041.
- Enter the telephone number, including area code, where you can be reached.
- Within 15 minutes you will receive a call from an ACME Account Manager.
- Account Manager will identify and implement the appropriate action steps.
- You will receive a call to confirm that the emergency is being handled.
